Caribbean Reserve Rum Original is the flagship modern Caribbean inspired rum developed by So Good Organic Ltd. It is positioned as a mass premium rum designed for smoothness, balance, and consistency at global scale.
We do not rely on celebrity endorsements, manufactured heritage stories, heavy oak profiles, or extreme alcohol proofing. Our approach is built on restraint, consistency, scientific discipline, and patient product development.

Product Objective
To develop a flagship rum designed for maximum smoothness and drinkability, with minimal perceived burn and a clean finish suitable for neat sipping and cocktails. The process is engineered for repeatability at scale and analytically validated to reduce harsh congeners that contribute to roughness.
We do not make health claims. Our technical objective is to reduce harshness related congeners and improve smoothness and perceived next day experience through controlled fermentation, distillation, and quality control.

Fermentation optimisation using selected yeast strains, controlled temperatures, pH control, and nutrient management to reduce harsh byproducts.
Distillation and cut strategies designed to minimise harsh heads and tails while prioritising clean heart cuts.
